Thugs take no interest in gambling. They know the risk and reward, and prefer to up the stakes.
Upon owning a class 3 or higher weapon, Thugs can attempt to rob the casino for 4000 $BILLS, but if caught, they will be arrested.
Cops may stake here as well (required to own a class 3+ weapon), where they will receive medallions for catching Thugs.
