This location is used for bringing both Cops and Thugs into the city at the same time, reducing user gas fees when attempting to stake both character types.
If you wish to migrate your NFT's into ThugCity, Cops will automatically be staked at the Police Station, while the Thugs will be staked in the Apartments.
